Nettles

[I bought some Stinging Nettles at the Farmer's Market in Santa Monica this week. When I reached out to see what it was the farmer stopped me and said "You don't want to handle this stuff without gloves." So I went home and put on my gloves, took the leaves off and added it to my beluga lentil, azuki bean, carrot, radish and sea vegetable soup with a base of vegetable stock and 1 dried, smoked chipotle.
